Our clients and mandates are typically with experienced investors that engage with us to act as a principal – essentially an extension to them - to underwrite business plans, set target returns and then oversee the properties and the professional team, from initial acquisition to eventual sale.


We have extensive experience in situations that require creative thinking and careful management – which is why we are often brought in. Turning around underperforming assets gives us great satisfaction.  We have extensive experience in this area, working on both the debt and equity sides for property companies, commercial banks, lending platforms, administrators, receivers, US private equity firms and investment banks.


We regularly support our clients on both due diligence and overall transaction management work, and this has varied from single properties to portfolios comprising 100+ properties.  Our work will also provide a recommended strategy, by property, to create value.


Our 'value-add' is taking on the responsibility for our clients' property investments.  We’ll determine, for instance, the viability of running a planning application, undertaking light or full refurbishment or redevelopment or overseeing the leasing and marketing of a property or portfolio for sale.
